The U.S.–Norway Correctional Culture Change Program to Advance Solitary Confinement Reform (a 2-way immersion program for correctional officers, wardens and other correctional facility leaders in the US and Norway) will introduce U.S. participants to innovative, humane and effective approaches to correctional culture change and conditions of confinement reform.
