What We Do
The FIT Project is a 6-month lifestyle intervention in which families in need receive a gym membership, nutrition and cooking classes, a personal trainer, and a dietitian.

If your family struggles with fitting physical exercise into day to day activities and making healthy meals on a budget with limited time, then we can help.

Meet The FIT Team
We believe by teaching an entire family how to live, eat and move differently, we offer education that cannot be unlearned and lasts a lifetime. Â Getting the entire family on board to participate supports our patients, reduces health risks for the whole family, and creates a higher sustainability of newly adopted habits.
